Listened to Keith Jarrett's Köln Concert pt. 1 literally on repeat at least once a day every day for months now. It is legendary, seriously...it's 26 minutes long of improvisation (what?!) on the piano. Jarrett said that he plays the most honest pieces of music when he's improvising and has only the vaguest idea of what note he is going to play next. And you literally cannot believe that this song came from a human being, it is so amazing.
Listen from 2:45 onwards, the right hand solo kills me. also this shit youtube video only is 9 minutes of it but you really have to listen to all of it to understand why it is one of the most accurate creative expressions of what life is, in general. So seriously the next time you have 26 minutes, download this entire piece, put it on your ipod, put on your bigass headphones or surround sound speakers, close your eyes, lie down, and just listen.

Also, Nosaj Thing...first ever heard his remix back in 2007 of Plastic Little ft MF Doom's "More Tongue, Less Teeth" (1). And now he's turned turned into this: (2). Leaps and bounds, I think. (Also SO much better on some kind of sound device or headphones that are not your laptop/the damn earbuds that come with ipods that hurt your ears when you turn things up even a little)
